Submitting a contact form or message does not create a client relationship or obligation to accept a project. Engagements begin only after mutual agreement and, where applicable, a signed contract.
Branding, copy, and design on this site are owned by CPS TechLabs or its licensors. Do not copy or redistribute without permission. Rights to deliverables for paid client work are defined in each client agreement.
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CPS TechLabs’s place of business, unless a written contract with you specifies otherwise.
