Background

About

I'm Chandra Prakash Sharma, founder of CPS TechLabs, based in Prayagraj, India. I've spent 12+ years inside academic journal publishing — managing editorial operations, submission workflows, and digital dissemination for a multi-journal STM publisher.

That operational depth is where the software comes from. Every tool I've built started as a problem I saw repeatedly from inside the workflow — manual QC that missed ethics issues, no automated reviewer matching, email campaigns assembled by hand. I built the solutions I wished existed.

I work using AI-assisted development tools, which means I translate domain knowledge into working software faster than traditional development allows — without sacrificing reliability.

I hold an MBA in IT & Marketing (A+ grade, AKTU) and certifications in Digital Transformation from IIM Ahmedabad and Project Management from IIT Roorkee.
